Our Rotational Development Programs give you the opportunity to explore multiple functions within your business department of interest. You will be a full-time associate from day one as you cycle through three to four positions within your department. Programs last between 12 - 24 months.

Wesco’s Finance Development Program is a 24-month rotational program designed to prepare you for a finance role within the company. Associates will develop competencies in finance and accounting, gain industry knowledge, and engage with our senior executives. Within each rotation you’ll work directly under the supervision of one of our finance leaders and be paired with a peer mentor.


After successful completion of the program, you’ll have the opportunity to join our finance team.

The Wesco Information Technology Development Program is a 24-month rotational program designed to prepare you for a technology-based role within the company. Aside from gaining industry knowledge and engaging with our senior leaders, you’ll have the ability to make an immediate impact in the business. Within each rotation you’ll work directly under the supervision of one of our IT leaders and be paired with a peer mentor.


After successful completion of the program, you’ll have the opportunity to join our IT team.

Our 12-month Sales and Operations Development Program prepares you for a sales role with Wesco. While working directly under the supervision of a local manager, you’ll have the opportunity to develop strong selling skills, gain product and industry knowledge, and engage with other program associates and senior leaders. Associates will also be paired with a program graduate mentor.


After successful completion of the program, you’ll have the opportunity to join our sales team.
