Innovation Is the Key
to Our Success

We Build, Connect, Power and Protect the World

Our vision is clear: to be the best tech-enabled supply chain solutions provider while pursuing our mission to build, connect, power and protect the world. We believe that realizing this vision depends on the successful execution of our three-tiered strategy, which encompasses our Core5 Values.

Our Core5 Values

  • Our PEOPLE are our greatest asset
  • WINNING with customers and suppliers
  • One TEAM
  • Always strive to be THE BEST
  • INNOVATION

Our Foundational Strategies

  • Extend our industry-leading scale and value proposition
  • Further develop our team and culture of excellence
  • Digitalize and transform our B2B business

These values define who we are at Wesco and drive how we approach our work. The three elements of our strategy touch every aspect of our business, from how we go to market to how we drive efficiency and build our high-performance culture across the organization.

"At Wesco, sustainability is central to how we operate, grow, and deliver long-term value. It influences our strategy, guides our decisions, and directs how we serve customers, support our employees, and connect with communities globally. As demand increases for more resilient, efficient and connected infrastructure and supply chains, our role — and responsibility — have become more significant than ever."

— John Engel, Chairman, President and CEO

Avondale Solar Installation

In 2025, Wesco launched a new rooftop solar project at our 409,000-square-foot Avondale, Ariz. facility, one of the largest facilities in our portfolio. The installation will significantly reduce the building’s carbon emissions when complete. By repurposing solar panels and hardware from existing inventory, we’re demonstrating how circular economy principles create both environmental and business value while advancing our renewable energy goals.

Sustainability in Our Supply Chain

At Wesco, we understand that sustainability stretches beyond energy efficiency and emissions tracking. Truly sustainable business practices must also protect human rights, safeguard health and safety standards and promote environmental responsibility. That is why we require suppliers to comply with the Wesco Supplier Code of Conduct and applicable laws, and we use a risk-based approach to evaluate supplier compliance and sustainability performance.

Approximately 90% of supplier survey respondents in 2025 reported having their own environmental policies and GHG targets in place.

In 2025, we partnered with a third-party independent auditor to perform 47 sourcing reviews at 24 facilities around the world that manufacture products for our private label brands. These audits assessed labor practices, health and safety, and facility operations and ethics.

Governance

A Culture of Compliance

Wesco is firmly committed to operating with the highest levels of ethics and integrity. The Wesco Code of Business Conduct is the foundation of our global ethics and compliance program, setting forth standards and guidance for conducting business with the highest degree of honesty and integrity. In many cases, the Code requires higher standards of ethical conduct than is required by law.

We also achieved ISO 27001:2022 certification and experienced zero material data breaches in 2025.

As of May 28, 2026, our Board is comprised of three women and seven men: two African American or Black, two Asian and six White directors. In addition to other relevant skills and experience, 60% of directors have environmental and sustainability experience, and 80% of directors have human capital and talent management experience.
