MOSAIC is a business resource group for Wesco’s Black, Latino, Indigenous and People of Color employees, their allies, and the wider Wesco community. We are committed to building a diverse workforce that fosters inclusion and celebrates all the different cultural and ethnic backgrounds across our global organization. MOSAIC aims to create an inclusive and supportive environment where traditionally underrepresented employees, their allies and the wider Wesco community feel valued, heard, and encouraged to have an impact.
