Serving as a welcoming and inclusive business resource group for our LGBTQ+ employees, allies and the wider community, PRIDE seeks to foster an environment where people feel comfortable bringing their authentic and unique selves to work. We believe the clearest path to creating this inclusive environment is through community, education and driving awareness.
PRIDE
Our Mission

PRIDE fosters a culture that is inclusive and supportive, and helps create an environment where all employee feedback is heard without bias or prejudice.

From our members...
Alex Lima, VP and Associate General Counsel
“PRIDE creates a vibrant, inclusive space for LGBTQ+ employees and allies to connect, celebrate and drive positive change throughout our organization. Whether you’re looking to expand your network, develop leadership skills, or simply be part of a supportive family that celebrates diversity in all its forms, PRIDE welcomes you to be part of our story.”
Development and Engagement of Diverse Talent
Our organization is committed to fostering an inclusive, respectful and informed workplace for all. As part of this commitment, PRIDE offers dedicated internal learning and development and hosts many engaging events and sessions throughout the year, in addition to our month-long PRIDE celebration.
Internal Learning and Development
Our internal learning and development platform, Passport, equips our employees with the knowledge, awareness and skills needed to better understand LGBTQ+ identities, experiences and issues. Through a range of interactive resources, guided learning modules and real-world scenarios, the platform supports continuous education, encourages allyship and helps create a culture where everyone feels valued, supported and empowered to bring their authentic selves to work.
Rainbow Lens Multimedia Club
Employees meet virtually to celebrate PRIDE through storytelling, imagery and shared experiences. PRIDE members are asked to submit their favorite LGBTQ+ media picks to the group with the goal to share perspectives, discover new favorites and have fun connecting with each other.
Cup of PRIDE
These coffee chats provide a space for open and supportive conversations on LGBTQ+ related topics. Topics can range from creating inclusive spaces and effective allyship to engaging in LGBTQ+ advocacy and understanding the importance of visibility and representation. Cup of PRIDE is designed to be inclusive and respectful, ensuring that everyone has an opportunity to speak and share their experiences in a safe environment.
Community and Business Development
PRIDE leverages and supports LGBTQ+ organizations to further our mission of fostering unique talent and creating an inclusive environment. PRIDE also seeks to learn best practices from other employee resource groups within our business community in order to continually grow and enhance the way we interact with our members.
PRIDE supports intersectionality, recognizing that individuals have multiple, overlapping identities that contribute to their unique experiences and perspectives. This is important because it ensures that all voices are heard and valued, promoting a truly inclusive environment.
