Women’s Impact Network (WIN)

Women’s Impact Network (WIN) is dedicated to building a global community that supports women to achieve their full potential. WIN aims to involve, inspire and develop women through personal empowerment, professional development, and by providing a platform for their voices to be heard.

All Wesco employees are welcome and encouraged to join this dynamic group.

Our Mission

WIN is a global resource and support network aimed at creating an environment where women, allies and the wider Wesco community feel valued, heard, and encourage to have an impact. We inspire our members to WIN through professional development and personal empowerment. WIN is open to all Wesco employees.

“In my role as Co-Lead of Wesco’s WIN Business Resource Group, I aim to elevate and empower women at Wesco by providing spaces for their voices to be heard, encouraging them to share their ideas, and advocating for them every chance I get.”

Engagement and Development of Diverse Talent

WIN seeks to drive innovation and cultural transformation, brand awareness, allyship, connection, and meaningful professional development that encourages members to take ownership of their career path. This is accomplished by engaging our members through a variety of programs and workshops, including our two signature events:
