Ms. Bryan served as the Chief Financial Officer of Insight Enterprises, Inc., a Fortune 500 software and technology solutions integrator, from 2007 through 2024. Prior to joining Insight, she served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Swift Transportation Co. from 2005 to 2007 and as the Chief Financial Officer of APL Logistics from 2001 to 2005. Previously, Ms. Bryan held various senior finance roles at Ryder System, Inc., including as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ryder’s largest business unit, Ryder Transportation Services, from 1999 to 2000. Ms. Bryan also serves as a director of Pinnacle West Capital Corporation, Benchmark Electronics, Inc. and Ameriprise Financial, Inc. and formerly Pentair plc.

Among Ms. Bryan’s experience, qualifications, attributes and skills for which she is considered a valuable member of the Board of Directors, Ms. Bryan brings significant experience and expertise in the areas of finance, accounting, treasury and capital structure management, business and strategic planning, risk management and digital transformations, through her more than 20 years of service as the chief financial officer for several large, multinational companies. She also has broad experience as a public company board member including as chair of the finance committee and a member of the audit and corporate governance and nominating committees of Pinnacle West Capital Corporation, member of the human capital and compensation committee of Benchmark Electronics, Inc. and member of the audit and risk committee of Ameriprise Financial.
